• Security Training For Seafarer With Designated Security Duties (STSDSD)

• Proficiency In Survival Craft Rescue Boats [PSCRB]

• Medical certificate by approved DGS Doctor taken with in the last 12 months

• Recent color photograph – passport size – 3 Nos ( clear picture with light background)
